A launch fills a WhatsApp group, a Slack workspace or a members' portal within a week. Six months later the same space is quiet, the moderator has moved teams, and nobody can say what the community produced.
The failure is rarely the platform or the content calendar. It is that no one designed the operating system: who does what, on what rhythm, to which standard, measured how.

Good. Most of our best engagements start there. A capable manager without a defined operating system spends the year firefighting and cannot show leadership what changed.

to every engagement
You own everything we build
Systems run on tools you already license. No proprietary platform, no seat we control, and full documentation at handover. Nothing we build expires when the engagement does.
Non-extractive research
People who give us data get to see what it produced. Findings go back to the community that supplied them, not only to the organisation that commissioned the work.
Local partners, properly paid
Fieldwork is delivered with vetted Ghanaian research partners on commercial terms, not as unpaid access to a network.

Strategy clinic
Sixty minutes and a written action summary. The fee credits in full against any engagement booked within 14 business days.
Diagnostic sprint
Three weeks. Interviews, data review and a written diagnosis with a prioritised set of recommendations your leadership can act on immediately.
Operating design
Six to eight weeks. We design the full community operating system: rituals, roles, standards, tooling and the measurement frame that proves it works.
Embedded delivery
Most commonWe run the community alongside your team through the first operating cycles, coach your staff, and hand over a documented system on an agreed date.
